Why zero cannot simply be read
Every other digit carries a planetary attribution that a pair reading depends on. Zero does not. If you read it as nothing, the pairs shift; if you read it as a value, you have invented one. Both choices distort the number, and both produce different results depending on who is doing the reading.
One rule, applied before anything else
Astruza resolves every zero first, using a single fixed rule, and produces what we call the effective number. All pairs, the compound number and the root number are then taken from that effective number. Because the rule is fixed, the same input always produces the same reading — which is the only way a method can be checked.
The published example
Take the number 91000783. After zero handling it is read as 91111783, which gives these pairs:
91 11 11 11 17 78 83
The three zeros were doing a great deal of hidden work. Handled, they reveal the same pair three times in a row, which is exactly the kind of concentration that changes a reading. This example is shown as a published illustration of the rule, not as anyone's result.
