No Refund Policy
The complete report is a digital product delivered the moment the Dakshina is received. It cannot be returned, so it is non-refundable.
1. Stated before payment
The amount (₹151), the scope (one mobile number) and this policy are shown on the checkout page before you pay. Nothing is charged automatically and there is no subscription.
2. What you get instead of a refund
- Lifetime access to the report in My Astruza.
- Free updates if our methodology is refined after your purchase.
- A downloadable PDF copy.
3. Failed or duplicate payments
If money was deducted but no report was unlocked, or if you were charged twice for the same number, write to support@astruza.com with the mobile number and payment reference. Genuine failed or duplicate transactions are resolved.
4. What is not a refund reason
Disagreeing with the interpretation, or preferring a different numerology system, is not a basis for a refund. The method used is published in Insights before you buy so you can judge it first.
